Shipping Policy

At The Tees Terminal, we aim to deliver your tees quickly and safely — because we know you're excited to wear them!

  • Order Processing Time: 1–3 business days

  • Delivery Time: 3–7 business days (depending on location)

  • We deliver all across India via trusted courier partners.

  • You'll receive a tracking link via email or SMS once your order is shipped.

  • Custom and bulk orders may take additional time — we’ll notify you if so.

 

Note: We do process orders on Sundays or public holidays.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you wear — but in case something’s not right:

You can return or exchange a product if:

  • You received the wrong item or size

  • The product is damaged or defective

  • You need a size exchange (subject to availability)​

We do not accept returns for:

  • Customized/personalized T-shirts

  • Products that have been worn, washed, or altered​

At The Tees Terminal, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges:

We accept return or exchange requests within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our support team with your order details and reason for return.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original method of payment.

How to Request:

  1. Email us at heteesterminal@gmail.com with your order ID and issue.

  2. We’ll guide you through the process and arrange for a return pickup (if available in your area).

  3. Once the product is received and verified, we’ll issue your replacement or refund.

Note: Return shipping may be chargeable in some cases (like size swaps).
